Once you have submitted your form request, I will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

For pick-ups, I am located in Downtown Kelowna (I'm NOT a storefront). I only accept a certain amount of orders per week; the preferred booking time is 2-3 weeks in advance, any order needed sooner may be subject to a Rush Fee of 15-25%.

*Holiday orders (Christmas, Valentine's, Easter etc) should be booked a minimum of 1 month in advance; any inquiries less than 2 weeks prior to any holiday will be subject to a rush fee.
